This ham is a deli meat product obtained by the pork leg coming from italian livestock. The ham is washed with malvasia, a typical wine of the parma hills, and recover by a paste (the fat of the pork) with black pepper. Prepared following an old tradition, the particularity of this ham is a rustic aroma.
