The Traditional Culatello is a deli meat product obtained by the processing of the most precious part of the pork leg coming from italian livestock. Without bone and rind, the product is salted, bound by hand in natural bladder which gives its typical shape of a pear. Aroma and flavors, developed thanks to a long period of curing, should be accompanied by bread and butter and some typical wine of the lowlands of Parma.
