Produced in Zibello, Fiocco is obtained by processing the front part of the lego of pigs bred exclusively in Italian farms.
Processed with traditional artisanal methods, Fiocco is a lean cured meat to which a maturation stag of at least 5 months confers an intense fragrance that is released during slicing.
