The name Pancetta identifies a deli meat product obtained by the processing the pork belly. Only pork from Italian pig farms i userd to make it. After a maturation time of at least 120 days, the product is characterized by layered red and white colours of the round slices, and the soft and mild taste that the leans and fat parta yield.
